Resolver Capability Testing presentation at the OARC 42 event in North Carolina

Mark Robertshaw and Peter Spain travelled to North Carolina for the OARC 42 event. Mark Robertshaw and Mark McFadden presented on the Resolver Capability Testing Open Source Framework. ICANN OCTO commissioned the DNSRF to develop an open source testbed suitable for use by organisations with high query traffic. Some interesting discussions followed and the DNSRF will continue to develop the new framework.
